Supporting | PUYÄ | Male 13 Years Old |
Iranian-Canadian. Role requires Farsi dialogue. A musically gifted Iranian-Canadian teen, Puyä is sharp, sensitive, and caught between childhood and adulthood. Growing up in the shadow of his parents’ unspoken past, he feels both protected by and alienated from their silence. As his mother becomes increasingly public, Puyä begins to push back: testing boundaries, seeking identity online, and struggling to reconcile pride in his heritage with a desire to belong.

Supporting | RAMIN | Male 35-50 Years Old |
Iranian-Canadian. Role requires Farsi dialogue. A charismatic and highly respected human-rights lawyer, Rämin is intelligent, driven, and morally uncompromising. Deeply committed to justice, he believes accountability is not optional: especially when historic crimes can finally be prosecuted. While outwardly confident and articulate, Rämin carries the weight of the cases he fights, and his urgency sometimes blinds him to the personal cost borne by those closest to the truth.
